Play The System, Before It Plays You.

There is a method to the madness of the economical world in which we live. The worker's wage or salary does not increase while executives and shareholders are generating historical profit margins and compensation in their positions within the companies and corporations. This is not by accident folks, this is a business model freight train in full-steam ahead momentum towards the impending disaster that awaits them when the gap is fully discovered by the entire staff of a company or corporation instead of a handful of individuals, only because it is the production workers that produce the product or service in the first place, yet generate the least amount of revenue from the employer.

By all accounts, this is, by definition; Anti Robin Hood. It is the rich stealing from the poor and keeping them that way...it is an invisible iron thumb on top of the common everyday citizen that works 9am to 5pm in the production departments of the companies and corporations slowly but surely suppressing your ability to have a voice in the matter when the production employee is nothing more than an interchangeable part in the engine of life. Replace a faulty part and everything runs smoothly again...

I do truly feel bad for all those individuals that have become multi-millionaires and billionaires, but only for the reason of how they planned to obtain their wealth from the system they've created for themselves for generating revenue. Is it legitimate? Or is it some seriously and overly lop-sided revenue that is unprofessionally and unethically distributed among the company or corporation you work for as your career? How do things shape up at your workplace? Are you earning just as much legal tender as your co-worker? How about half of the amount? Quarter? Fraction?? In fact, the average employee is generating 0.1766 percent of what most average corporations from around the world are paying their employees all the way into the year 2022. In other words, most large corporations have the ability to pay it's production workers an average of $1,187.36USD dollars per hour, and every hour, for each and every employee staffed under the corporate brand umbrella, and still make millions of dollars in profit and liquid asset.

The scales of Business Justice are so weighed on one side and dangerously close to being tipped far enough to touch the extremity of the most dangerous business platforms to cause much worse strife than any union strikes or walk-outs could ever impose.

Everyone knows in order to be successful in business that the businessman or woman must be willing to use the revenue they've generated and distribute it back into the company equally and generously in order for the corporation to thrive and succeed beyond the common everyday fly-by-night business ventures that peak our interests for limited stretches of time and place, but really doesn't ever bring home the bacon on a larger more grander scale of things. You could change all of that and start leaning things in your favor.

Yes, of course, Unions are always a good way to start, but Unions are also flawed in a way that limit the member with obtuse rules and regulations as old as the US Constitution itself in principal guidance, but not nearly enough influence to sway the upper management of your yet-to-be unwielded power and time to settle the score with a modern-day advanced Union that penetrates the highest levels of any and all companies and corporations that generate revenue from it's production employees...you, the worker bee.

Only because you are the engine of the company or corporation as a whole, and not the driver sitting in the drivers seat as an individual. When an engine fails, the driver usually becomes helpless and wishes nothing more than for the engine to start back up and run smoothly again, but in order for the driver to get home safely one must start to make choices and decisions that will resolve their current dilemmas of their engine not functioning properly. Will they make it home? To a garage? The options are available, if one so chooses to see the signs posted in front of us and all around us.

The engine is where ALL of the power comes from and ultimately distributed throughout the vehicle much in the same way just like any company or corporation. Each and every company will have it's very own business plan and model when the founder(s) initially register the product or service, but over time it has become evident that the equality between the gaps of revenue and revenue sharing is becoming a much larger and larger separation of pay grades between departments.

Because you know what? Fuck you to anyone who has ever been worth $100 million USD or more. The elite do it because the below compartments of their overall pyramid in life is willing to accept the overall percentage of revenue they receive only because the total overall structure of the company revenues is never shared with the lower divisions of the company or corporate pyramid. It's just a fact...

One day I do hope the average everyday person discovers the discrepancies between their own wealth portfolio from that of your employer's portfolio. Morally, ethically, and legally, if you or anyone were making or earning anything less than 33% percent of the entire company's revenue then you are not being treated fairly with any respect for your services provided of trading your time for money from the company or corporation.

If an executive can purchase a 50'ft Yacht or a million dollar sportscar, then so too should all the employees of his or her company or corporation be able to do the same -- equally.

This folks, is a balanced and successful business model.

Just ask Dan White from the upper west coast USA and he'll shake his head in agreement of all the above...

Sorry Dan, I don't mean to get you involved in any of my rants and raves about the world's economical business structures, but at least you are aware and know exactly what I mean about equality and understanding of the proper way to develop a business blueprint to last a lifetime for as long as the lifetime exists.

Unlike the many others, such as Bill Gates or Jeff Bezos, who will never, ever get it or understand it with their current business model. They are a no comprehend individual educated on psychological wealth rather than natural wealth, or they simply just choose not to, and instead, they give their money to charities and other beneficial worldwide foundations when their employees are the largest active charity cases in modern-day society. If only the scales of justice were tilted a little more towards the employees would the balance of charity be truly distributed most equally, ethically and morally in any and all ways possible. We would all sleep better at night if only the greed from a chosen few would only reconsider their tactics on what their business structure should truly look like as a genuine model of prosperity.

Nobody's perfect, and greed just verifies the imperfections, but when the greed is distributed equally among everyone employed on staff within the company brand then they too are most positively entitled to an equal share of the living, breathing workplace...a place where the entire pyramid of the company or corporation spends the majority of their days producing a product or service for others.

If the office building has 100 floors, which floor to you earn a living from? The ground floor? Or the executive office at the top floor penthouse suite? You be the judge and decide.

Allow me to rip you or anyone out and away from all of that bullshit. You just don't need it in your lives.

I am not a cause, nor a movement. I am not a scholar nor a protest. I am not a leader nor a follower. I am just like any good umpire and I am merely calling 'em as I see 'em.

Let's play ball!

Emotional?

Intellectual?

Commandable?

Commendable?

The game you choose to play, is entirely up to, and for you to decide that are based on your interests...

You're a smart intellectual person, you know that fact just as much as I do. If you weren't then you wouldn't be reading this drivel of a drama novel concerning the economical state of our current society and how there is far too much weight distributed upward towards the top of the pyramids instead of allowing it to naturally flow down the compartments for an abundance of financial wealth and independence for each and every member of their employer's company or corporation -- because each and every employee deserves it.

Equally.

Because I'd truly hate to see the inevitable outcome of the business world with proper education when it can only be foreseen as a disastrous storm that could cripple industries worldwide, but only for the good when the wealth is eventually shared equally.

Would you ever choose to be employed and work at a company or corporation if you were paid your equal fair share of $937.18/hr. PER HOUR, every hour? What would be your overall level of morale and spirit to go to work every day knowing that you would be earning almost a thousand dollars an hour, every hour, just for trading your time and efforts for this amount of money...

Mucho better than the common everyday minimum wage, right?

This is not fantasy, this is actually only 33% percent of the average corporation's total revenue generation when taking into account all departments of product, service, delivery and location overhead expenses for any full-functioning business operations to proceed successfully and profitably within all respective matters of the corporation...the system is a plan, and a plan that is not exactly very generous towards it's very own bread-and-butter departments when it's executives are completely out of sight, and out of mind...

These days, production is just another tool among the average common standard everyday company portfolio...everyone has their very own level of status and positioning in the overall business structure of their employer, from top to bottom.

I only wish the worldwide human population would remember one thing, and that is the fact that there is always strength in numbers, and the bottom of a pyramid is much stronger and more stable than those at the top controlling all of those company or corporate policies with an invisible iron thumb placed upon each and every employee below the top three compartments of the company or corporate business pyramid.

Am I done ranting yet? Lemme check. Okay I think so, at least for now...

Is this thing off? I don't know if it's all the way off...I don't know if I don't know nothing.
