Far From Supreme

I've seen some ridiculous decisions made over the course of my lifetime, but none capture the essence of ridiculousness than that of the Supreme Court of the United States. And as much as I hate to say it the SCOTUS just lost all of their credibility with one ridiculous decision to take a step backwards in life instead of forward progress.
I simply cannot fathom just how small-minded a person needs to be in order to justify their stance on "pro-life" when life doesn't begin until a person takes their first true breath. A fetus is no more alive than that of a seedling just planted in the ground. Does anyone truly believe that this seed is a flower if you cannot see it growing through the soil yet?
Nobody seems to mind cracking a few eggs into a frying pan for breakfast, yet those eggs are some chicken's offspring giving it's life for our nourishment. It's life, isn't it? You be the judge.
A heartbeat is not the sign of life, just ask any houseplant, blade of grass or tree in the forest. Okay don't ask or you'll look silly talking to nobody. The point is that the heartbeat is nothing more than a generator which allows the cells to multiply and divide until they form a fetus and continue to develop until they reach the maturity stage ready for life and that first breath. We've all been there...
Because c'mon, let's all be a little more realistic about our "pro-life" talking points and where we draw the line on life as we know it.
To think that technology in today's modern day allows for safe abortion practices, yet the Supreme Court prefers to rule against this advancement and take a stance that resembles the IQ of a houseplant and all because they choose to huddle around an idea that they should have some form of control over the human being rather than the rule of law over the land.
The sad part about it is that it only takes one con artist with a platform and a persuasive audience to create the havoc they need to help fortify their stance, no matter how ridiculous it is. One particular con artist once held the highest office in the land, and unfortunately was allowed his path of havoc for so long that it would be impossible to transfer his mentality from being the con artist to the President in such a short period of time, and therefore brought his way of life into the White House, just like the wannabe gangster he always wanted to become, the same way he watched them in all of his favorite movies.
I've never seen a more predictable individual in my lifetime, but the bigger problem is that I've never seen a more persuasive society that gets taken in by this stance and begin to believe that he's more than he really is simply because the con artist is able to con anyone willing to listen that it shows strength and power. Pfft. I've seen more strength and power in a beautiful young NY waitress that decides to run for public office because she wants to see change and is willing to put in her time to accomplish the task than someone who is taking advantage of one sucker after another only because the con artist does not care about helping anyone but themselves. It is the epitome of narcissism at it's finest. It is the extremity of balance where the con artist will only be served and never serve for anything other than their own personal gain. I only wish others could just see through this bullshit and hold him to his word, but fear has a way of paralyzing those caught in the wake of the con artist.
But think about this for a moment; you are sitting in the highest office in the land and you begin to feel this tingling sensation in the back of your neck and suddenly you realize that your con artistry now has a pretty darn good sized audience for influence. What is the first thing you do on your agenda? You will naturally bring up your con artistry talking points to the other highest offices in the land...
Even when the actual Supreme Court justices get taken in by the talking points they start to lose their credibility and show favoritism towards those of an inner circle rather than for the citizens of the land, only because these highest offices know that they do not have total control over the people, but are willing to show their fictional stance on the individual person regardless if it's truth or not. It reminds me of the schoolyard bully that bullies his way through school and simply carries that mentality forward throughout their lives. This mentality is far from supreme.
Women's reproductive systems are not something that any other individual, group or community should ever attempt to bully or regulate in any way other than for health and welfare. This latest decision to overturn Roe Vs. Wade is a grand display of cowardly behavior as it shreds the judicial position of the judge's credibility in half. It's twice as bad once it spreads to a group. Even worse as a community. It is a psychological disease that stems from one individual, to a group, into the community and soon enough we have the disease transmitting throughout the Nation. decisions based on something that doesn't even exist in the Constitution as a permissible or prohibitive law, but as a respect to each citizen within it's borders and boundaries as a common sense mindful act of compassion and as a beacon for hope and justified way of life -- a progression, and not regression.
Wanna know what the founders would say if they heard the US Government talking points these days in the supposed modern day era?
"Abortion? No need for debate, because that subject is always exclusive between a woman and her doctor. Leave us out of that decision because it's not our decision to make."
"You cannot rule any form of life if it has yet to be given a chance to breathe but once."
"The Constitution was built on the rule and order of law based upon our mutual compassion and equality for all, not for restriction and reform for trivial circumstance."
"If only the clinics provided more kickbacks than the gun manufacturers then you can bet your bottom dollar that the former President would've signed Abortion rights into law if he knew he could scam more money from one industry than the other. It's in his nature, as with many others that are continually conned by the almighty dollar...only because it's anything and everything for a dollar."
Okay, so maybe the old founders would've had a little more class and said it in a much better tone and manner than myself, but I like to get my point across in the modern day way. Only because the modern day politician that supposedly complies with their own rules seems to have no idea on the overall message they're transmitting across the globe. It is laughable at best, if it just only weren't so sad to be true...
It's part of society in the United States and I truly feel for the average individual that simply wants to live a good life and enjoy whatever it is that they resonate with in life. It's the difference between turning your child into a prodigy, or allowing them to grow into who they'll eventually become. Ask yourself where you fit in the grand scheme of things...
I do not know what other civil rights will be overturned next, but I can only say that it all looks like a three-ring circus to the rest of the world. Of course every Nation has their disagreements, but most civilizations worldwide are unison in the verse of common sense, where I cannot say the same for the United States. The polarization of society is no wonder they fight civil wars within their own boundaries. Is life too boring that they need something to do, so they go to war with each other physically, mentally, psychologically, financially, just to oppose their opposition? Black Lives Matter, White Lives Matter...Y'know, Y'All effing matter! As Eddie Murphy would say; have a Coke and a smile and shut the fuck up.
The United States of America was doing just that until they voted in the greatest con artist the world has ever seen in their lifetimes...the pro among pros. The wannabe business gangster turned world leader. The avalanche of shit shows was about to become inevitable instead of remaining hidden in the shadows...
Fast forward time from his inauguration until today. After three of his nominees are sworn into the Supreme Court it becomes apparent -- when any Supreme Court justice nominee can lie under oath and later blatantly vote against their spoken words to go unpunished is beyond my very own comprehension and understanding. Please explain it to me like I'm 5 years old.
This, in my little brain, is a crime. Maybe not in law, but in humanity. I truly do not understand why it is so difficult for the American population to do the right thing and get their shit together to set an example to the rest of the world, much in the way they used to back in the days of their solidarity and unity for having the common sense of doing the right thing and re-implementing the mantra of truth, justice and the American way, because that is where both the democracy of a republic originated in the first place...a unified stance on how the way things should be, and not the way they are today.
Sorry for the no-holds-barred rant about the state of one of the world's leading courts, not to mention the entire government that governs them. I barely have enough fingers and toes to count the number of decent compassionate representatives in the highest offices of the land, but the staggering and overwhelming number of unusually corrupt or brainwashed politicians (and now SCOTUS) has become astronomically dumbfounding to anyone without an agenda. I just couldn't imagine now going through life in their shoes. Those shoes are certainly not blue suede, that's for sure.
Either way, I can only say that anyone with any common sense will certainly agree that it should always be the decision of the individual female with the choice of abortion or not. No questions asked, and only because outsiders do not know the circumstance of the situation and subsequent reason thereof. If it's a service, allow it. If it's a sacrifice, it's a very small sacrifice, but only to the pregnant female. No justice or politician would normally ever have to worry about such content or worry in life, but when they believe that they have some form of authority over the procedure it is truly an insult to any woman in need for whatever reason, either now or in the future. Don't allow some one-term con artist persuade those into a clique of unnecessary pawns in this ridiculous game of life -- be bigger than that, be bigger than them, because your are, and you have the authority of being just so. Act like it, at least for the sake of all humanity and their truest deep respect for the USA, because it's truly sinking fast and the average American does not deserve the need to swim unnecessarily just for the political favoritism that all stems from a single madman of elite egotistical proportions. See through them, and not at them.
And now back to your regularly scheduled programming.
